Great video, very inspirational. I can only hope to be doing such at their ages. My Dad has been running & exercising since he thought he was having a heart attach at 33 yrs old, 30 yrs ago. He'll be 63 on Tuesday, and looks great. Encourage your elders to do something, preferably CF, but anything is better than nothing.

Joey - The video is awesome. Looks like the cage needs to be pushed out a bit with all that new equipment. Keep up the inspiring work.

Hands down, BEST video ever! There are really no excuses that anyone can't do CrossFit.

Very inspiring video. Maybe showing some young people this video can get them more motivated.

That video reminds of a motivational picture hanging in the weight room at CFB Gagetown.
Picture an older gentleman (at least in his 50's), ripped, little fat and with a descent set of muscles, standing in a relaxed posture holding a dumbell, smiling. The caption reads, "Getting old isn't for the weak" (or something similar.)
I hope I can be that active when I'm that old and beaten down by injuries.

Cool video, love the silvers! My grandmother has been doing WODs with us since Oct '08.

That has got to be my all-time favorite CrossFit video.. I'm showing that to my 82-yo mother tomorrow morning; she thinks walking is all she can do for fitness, so maybe this will give her a few other ideas...

That's one of my favorite videos yet. Up there with the kid from CrossfitEFX with Cerebral Palsy doing Christine. I work with Special Needs children and I'm always thinking about how great it would be to start doing this stuff with them. I should stop thinking about it and just do it.

Joey- Thanks for the great video! Perfect for the ignorant and the uninitiated who claim CrossFit is dangerous.

I'm sending a link to the 'Silvers' video to the in-laws with the hope that it will get them off the couch. If that doesn't inspire them, I can't image what will.
